Warranty Conditions

All of the products offered for sale on our website are under the guarantee of the manufacturer companies. The manufacturer determines the warranty period, warranty content and terms of the products. In case of malfunction of the purchased products, the product should be sent to us together with the invoice and an information note about what the malfunction is. After the product sent to us is delivered to the manufacturer's service by us, it is subjected to a test taking into account the fault you specified. The failure of the product must be confirmed by the warranty provider.


In case any malfunction is not detected by the warranty provider, the product is returned to the customer in the same way. If it is determined by the warranty provider that the fault is not covered by the warranty, the product is returned to the customer or repairs are carried out for a fee upon approval from the customer. The product that is found to be defective and covered by the warranty provider is processed for repair. The legal period for repairs is a maximum of 30 working days. If the repair takes place during this period, the product will be sent back to the customer as repaired. If the product is not repaired during this period or the product is in an irreparable condition in any way, if a new one is available in stock, it will be sent back to the customer by making a one-to-one exchange. If the stock status is not available, either the product is returned by contacting the product owner, or the product is sent to the product owner by exchanging with its counterpart or a similar product with the customer's approval.
